Eric Smith (afghanchaplain) > After your Dad ate his breakfast he took me for a walk outside. Here we are standing in front of the airport in Germany. This is my first time outside of the United States. It is kind of cool to be in a whole different country. Maybe one day our family can take a trip to another country together.
Eric Smith (afghanchaplain) > Wow, we have been on an airplane for about nine hours. We finally got to land in Germany (it is a country in Europe). Your Dad took me into the Distinguished Visitor Parlor at Rhine Main Air Base when we landed. I don't think that he was supposed to go in this room, but he did anyway. It was a nice place to rest. I think I took a nap while your Dad was eating breakfast.
